Wyoming Statute §35-11-1902 states that operators of existing landfills are responsible for preparing integrated solid waste management plans. In May and June of 2007, the following operators of existing landfills passed resolutions for the purpose of preparing a multi-jurisdictional integrated solid waste management plan that addresses solid waste issues in Albany and Laramie Counties for the next 20 years.
